Coach Diaz leads the Aerie Peak Peregrines Soccer program as head coach. Now at the helm for years, he competed at the collegiate level before turning to coaching. A graduate of University of Arkansas, he builds his teams around fundamentals and resilience, and asks every athlete to compete for something bigger than themselves.
