Coach Gutierrez leads the Aerie Peak Peregrines Swimming & Diving program as head coach. Now at the helm for several seasons, he found a calling in mentoring young athletes. A graduate of Baylor University, he builds his teams around resilience and teamwork, and asks every athlete to compete for something bigger than themselves.
