Coach Carter leads the Aerie Peak Peregrines Basketball program as head coach. Now at the helm for years, she competed at the collegiate level before turning to coaching. A graduate of Baylor University, she builds her teams around sportsmanship and fundamentals, and asks every athlete to compete for something bigger than themselves.
